Stefan & Audrey
Stefan reached out to me because he and Audrey were celebrating their 7 year wedding anniversary in Iceland and renewing their vows, just them two, before taking off on a two week road trip around the country in a camper van.
When I hopped in their car in Reykjavik, Audrey was in the back seat making a flower crown for herself, and Stefan drove us around to the best spots. After 7 years of marriage they are still the cutest, so considerate of each other, and so up for adventures together.What stuck out to me the most is how real they were. They didn’t put on a show, they didn’t pretend to be something they’re not, it was so simple in the best way, so genuine: just them two, with a waterfall, reading words of love to each other that they wrote in a little flowery notebook.
After the readings they changed into warmer clothes and we went on a search for puffins. We were taking some photos on a cliff and out of nowhere two teeny puffins pop out from the bush 3 feet in front of us. You can see their reaction at the bottom here. It was really such a magical day!
